HAUL is in beta. Payments run in test mode and no real money moves until launch.
HAUL is a marketplace where members buy and sell second-hand items directly with each other. HAUL isn't the seller of items listed by members.
Selling is free. Buyers pay a Haul Protect fee of 2% of the item price plus 30p, capped at £10, shown before checkout. Standard withdrawals are free, and instant withdrawals cost 1% (minimum 20p). HAUL Plus, an optional subscription for sellers, is described below.
If an item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly not as described, report it within 2 days of delivery and we'll hold the payment and help resolve it, including a full refund where appropriate.
Only list items you own and can send. No counterfeits, weapons, drugs, recalled or unsafe goods, or anything illegal in the UK. We may hide listings or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Payments are processed by our payment partner. Seller earnings are released to your HAUL balance when the buyer confirms the order, or automatically 2 days after delivery.
HAUL Plus is an optional subscription for sellers. It costs £9.99 a month or £79.99 a year, bought in the app through Apple. The price is always shown before you confirm.
Plus currently includes 20 boosts each month (each lasts 3 days, and unused boosts don't carry over), relisting each listing every 7 days instead of every 30 days, Relist all (your whole shop, spread over 24 hours), videos up to 30 seconds instead of 15, and your video listings in the Feed. We may change what Plus includes. If a change means you get less, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before it applies.
New subscribers may get their first month free. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm, or when the free month ends. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged in the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel at any time in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app under You → HAUL Plus. If you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your listings leave the Feed and you can't start new boosts or use Relist all. Boosts already running finish, relisting goes back to every 30 days, and videos you've posted stay on your listings.
The first 200 sellers to publish a listing get 3 months of HAUL Plus free. There's nothing to pay and nothing to cancel: it doesn't renew and simply ends. One per person, while places last. We may end the offer for new sellers at any time.
Boosted listings appear in spots marked Promoted in search and feeds. Everything else is ranked on relevance, freshness and what you've shown interest in.
